Ironbark is a Cairns crew of eight — carpenters, a site supervisor, and the same subbies we've used for a decade. You deal with one builder from quote to handover. No project managers you've never met, no job left half-done while the crew starts the next one.
Every job is quoted fixed-price in writing, built to cyclone code, and signed off with a QBCC-compliant contract before a single slab is poured. That's the whole pitch.

Full strip-out to waterproofing certificate. Our own carpenters and tilers, licensed trades for the wet work, one point of contact.
Tie-downs, re-stumping, roof structure upgrades to current wind code. Engineer's certification supplied with every job.
Make-safe within 48 hours, scope of works your insurer will accept, and the rebuild done by the same crew who secured it.
